System Abuse

You may only use the Site and its contents for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. In addition, you are prohibited from removing any sponsorship banners, intellectual property notices and disclaimers or other material inserted by Filmbank anywhere on the Site.

Security

Any passwords used for the Site and/or any other services offered on the Site are for a single organisation. Following registration, you will be allocated a user name and password (”ID”) by Filmbank. You may choose to authorise your employees (together “Users”) to use the ID whilst carrying out the business of your organisation. You must ensure that the Users comply with these Terms of Use and all specific user terms stated on the Site. You shall be responsible for the security of your password (if any). Filmbank shall be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that Filmbank considers insecure, Filmbank will be entitled to require this to be changed.

Investigations

Filmbank reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use. If Filmbank believes, in its sole discretion, that a violation of these Terms of Use has occurred, it may, warn other users, suspend passwords and/or access to the Site or sections thereof or take other corrective action it deems appropriate.

Filmbank will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Filmbank to disclose the identity of anyone using the Site whose actions are believed to violate these Terms of Use.

Terms And Conditions for ‘Valentines Day Competiton'

1. To enter the Valentines Day Competition an entrant must go online to www.filmbank.co.uk, click on the link “Enter Now”, select one of the possible answers, enter their email address in the space provided and click on the link “Submit Answer”. Online entry will open on Wednesday 1st Feb 2012 and will close at 23:59 Sunday 12th Feb 2012. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted and will be void.

2. For a chance to win, entrants must answer the Valentines Day Competition question correctly. From all the correct entries, ten entrants will be chosen at random as winners. Each winner will win a Valentines Day DVD and the draw will take place on Monday 13th Feb 2012.

3. The winners will be notified on Monday 13th Feb 2012 by 5pm to the email address provided by the winners when entering the Valentines Day Competition.

4. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

5. Entry into the Valentines Day Competition requires entrants to submit their email address. This information will only be used by Filmbank for the purposes of administering the Valentines Day Competition. The Filmbank Privacy Policy shall apply to this information provided by the entrant. The Filmbank Privacy Policy can be found at http://www.filmbank.co.uk/privacy_policy.asp.

6. The Valentines Day Competition is only open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Filmbank or any of its affiliated companies are not eligible, nor are members of the employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners).

7. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.

8. Filmbank’s decision concerning the determination of the Valentines Day Competition winners and all matters relating to the competition will be final and binding.

9. Filmbank reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend and/or amend the Valentines Day Competition where it is necessary to do so and without incurring liability as a result.

10. Entry into the Valentines Day Competition assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Filmbank.
